Our prices are displayed in AED (Emirati Dirham) by default and do not include shipping and customs fees (if applicable).

Accepted Methods of Payment

We generally accept 2 methods of payments as per below:
  • Credit Card
    You can order and pay securely online through our website with your MasterCard or Visa Card using 2Checkout.com. Once you go through the checkout process you will be automatically redirected to the 2checkout payment gateway where you can add in your details, safely and securely.
    Little Souq provides you with 2Checkout.com Inc. as the exclusive authorized payment gateway for retail of goods and services.
    Kindly note Little Souq does not receive any credit card details. It is all securely taken by 2checkout.com.

    We will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum. However, the bank must authorize your credit card and confirm your details with your card issuer before we can dispatch your purchases. In case of a payment with American Express, authorization may take up to 48-72 working hours.

    During this time, your purchase will no longer be available for other customers to purchase and will remain pending under the mention "Pending Purchase".
    Order processing: Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days following your payment authorization by the bank.
  • Cash
    If it is a gift we can collect the money from you before delivering to the recipient. Cash payment is free of charge. You simply pay our driver or the courier upon delivery of the goods.

Returns Policy

We make sure to describe our items to the best of our knowledge and to report their condition in the most accurate ways, so you always get what you expect. If, despite all our efforts you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us provided that it reaches us in the same condition you received it in by calling the following number: 00971 4 388 1011.

It is strongly recommended that you check the package before signing the shipper's proof of delivery, as the responsibility is entirely transferred to you once the document is signed.

To return an item for any other reason, send us an email to itadmin@littlesouq.com within 48h of receiving your item. Please include the reason(s) why you would like to return the item as well as the item reference number in your e-mail. On receipt of your notice, customer care will email you a confirmation and the return shipping address of your item, after which your order must be shipped back to us within 7 working days. As a proof of shipping, e-mail us the tracking number of your order by reply to the confirmation e-mail within the previously mentioned delay.

Notes

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging
  • The return address will depend on the original location of the item and will be mentioned on the documents of delivery.
  • Please use secure and trackable means when shipping back. We advise that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.
  • The buyer covers the shipping to return an item except in the unusual circumstance where the item was damaged or a wrong item has been shipped (please refer to paragraphs below for full details).
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will refund the full value of your order minus:
  • Applicable shipping costs: if any free shipping or shipping promotions were applied to the item when you bought it.
  • Customs and duties of the returning country: customs and duties that apply when shipping back to the warehouse where the item was originally located.
  • Any payment related fees incurred during the transaction (Bank, Payment Gateways etc.).
  • A detailed list of these fees will be emailed to you once we receive the merchandise and process your refund.

Damage

If the content of your package is damaged, do not sign the proof of delivery handed to you. Ask the representative to take the package back to the shipper's premises, and send us an email to itadmin@littlesouq.com within 48h to inform us of the incident. An investigation will be launched in order to assess the damages. Since almost all of our items are unique pieces, compensations consist of either repair or refund. Cases are handled individually depending on the gravity of the damages. If the item is deemed irreparable, your payment will be totally refunded.

Errors

In the unusual circumstance where the wrong item has been shipped to you, do sign the proof of delivery and send us an email to itadmin@littlesouq.com within 48h to inform us of the incident. In this case, we will cover the return shipping fees of the item and ship back your actual item.

Delivery

Littlesouq.com delivers throughout the entire United Arab Emirates. Orders outside of the UAE can be quoted upon request.

Express delivery to receive your order the same day of purchase is optional. The charge for it is 90 AED on a condition that orders should be placed before 12 PM.

Orders made before 12 PM will be delivered the next day (except Fridays). Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered within 48 hours.

We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you, so please make sure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your purchase.
If an incident of such occurs we will be forced to apply extra delivery charge.

If you have ordered items to be personalized, please allow 2 days for this to be prepared before dispatch. We will always do our best to prepare items as quickly as possible.

Insurance

Littlesouq.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
You will be asked to sign a delivery sheet upon receipt of the parcel, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. By specifying a recipient who is not you (for example in case of a gift), evidence of a signature at the mentioned delivery address is evidence of delivery and complete fulfillment by littlesouq.com, and therefore transfers the responsibility equally.
